Houseofvani.com is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. 

In order to initiate the process of returning the products purchased on the Website in accordance with the 7 (Seven) working days return policy, the Customer has to raise the return request by contacting the customer desk via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, no Customer requests for return of products purchased on the Website will be entertained, unless the Customer raises the Return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage can be voidable as per houseofvani.com’s return policy.

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at houseofvani.com

Replacement of the products tendered on the Website is subject to inspection and checking by houseofvani.com’s assigned quality check team.

houseofvani.com has outlined the following procedure for a hassle free return:

  2. Following the acceptance of the request from houseofvani.com to return, Customer must immediately courier the product to the designated address:

ff-2/3 landmark complex, opposite hdfc house, nr.mithakali six road,navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009.

                  

  1.  Customer must mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Customer must ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to houseofvani.com through designated courier.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCT

If Customer receives a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, Customer is advised not to accept such product. Customer is advised to immediately get in touch with  at info@houseofvani.com or call at +919664510415

Upon houseofvani.com being satisfied at its sole discretion that the product was not damaged by any actions on the part of the Customer and after inspecting the product for signs of use, Houseofvani.com shall either issue credit note or exchange/replace the product.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Customer might not be able to cancel any order placed on the Website,once it has been processed or approved by houseofvani.com. In the event, Customer intends to cancel any purchase order placed on the Website at any time before the order has been approved, he/she must immediately email Shreeji patola with Order Number in the subject line < CANCEL - >at info@houseofvani.com to place a cancellation request. If the item has been approved, cancellation request will not be processed.

 

REFUNDS PROCEDURE

Domestic Order:

In case of domestic order (where the product is shipped within India) 100% refund will be made.

In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Titan.

In case of a COD (Cash on Delivery) order where the customer pays in cash once the product is received, the amount is refunded via online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The customer must provide a cancelled cheque along with the returned product in order to initiate the return process. It takes 7-15 working days for the amount to get refunded directly into the customer’s back account.

International Order:

For international orders, currently we do not provide for refund policy. Although, houseofvani.com will refund the amount to the customer only under following two circumstances and at the sole discretion of houseofvani.com:

1. We will accept the return of only the defective product and then subsequently provide for the refund. However, the refund process will be initiated only post inspection and after we get a go-ahead from our QA (quality assurance) team. While refunding for the defective product, we will not charge you for shipment (to and fro).
2. We will refund under those circumstances where our logistic partner has been unable to deliver the product, even after repeated efforts due to the customer’s unavailability. Although while making the refund, we will deduct from the amount paid all the costs incurred by houseofvani.com like shipment expenses both to and fro, customs paid and any other charges.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, refunds or return under this Policy, the Customer can contact us info@houseofvani.com. However, the decision of houseofvani.com   in such case shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to Ahmedabad jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.

In any event, houseofvani,com liability shall be restricted to the price of the product in question..
